l have this breathing difficulty...i have chest tightness and shortness of breath. This problem started on march 17thand its 2 months now since.
my doctor says its an allergy and has given me anti -allergy tablet (xyzal) and salbutamol tablet 2 mg (bronchodilator).
the doctor gave me a peak flow meter test and he confirmed that my capacity was above normal and l did not have asthma.also l had a blood test done and everything was normal.
also l have noticed that the inner lining of one nostril my nose has swollen up /inflammed..
is this problem an allergy...l find it hard to breath!!!

l am not a professional, but unless you have had an allergy test, l do not know how he could be for sure. l mean, perhaps it is anxiety.
