Inside my throat when l swallow it is all picky like it feels picky near my tonsils when l swallow something like food, water or my own spit.
It is so annoying, l had it since yesterday.

have a spoonful of honey, it will ''coat'' your throat and feel better

sleep a lot, relax,
most importantly, drink some hot chocolate, hot water, or honey.

dont swallow , spit next time ;)

Honey works wonders. But you have to make sure you get a spoonful big enough to coat all of it and push whatever might be causing the feeling down.

what does picky mean.. l would suggest maybe eating less rough foods like toast and sugary foods. Sooth your throat with hot tea, apple cider. Try eating softer foods like apple sauce, porridge, smoothies etc.

Sometimes a pricklyness in your throat can be a warning of a sore throat, l would eat soft foods, and do not over exercise your throat (yell, cheer, argue loudly. idk). It will get drier and then it will become swollen. Take tylenol or motrin if it gets too annoying.

maybe you have tonsilitis.or it is just an infection.....
