l understand my sinuses are connected to my ears but why does it feel GOOD on my nose and throat but hurts my ears for up to twenty min after? l do not wanna give it up! Its a great all natural allergy solution!

Are u using the gravity flow netti pot? It might be that the water is backing up into ur ears & not draining enough & causing the pain in ur ears.
l use the squeeze type & if l do it a little too hard it makes my ears hurt & pop. It is because the water is being forced up a little too much & overwhelms my ears.
That could be the problem with you. You also might want to try tilting ur heads at different angles to try to see if that helps the pressure.
