l have been having symptoms where there is a lot of pressure on both sides of my inner nose and a weird sort of painful sensation in my teeth. This tends to occur around 12 in the afternoon while l am working outside.

l think l have a sinus infection l have tried alavert but it doesnt really help and l dont really have much build up in the nose as many other people seem to have when they have sinus infections or allergies. My eyes do sometimes become watery and l am beginning to experience fatigue when l normally wouldnt.

any treatment ideas would be great...

u can try these ideas, but u may need antiobiotics.

moist heat packs on the painful areas work great.

peel two cloves of garlic. stick one in each nostril. hold as long as possible. garlic has antibiotic properties & will also help break up any mucous & help it drain. have those tissues handy.

another great help would be a netti pot. looks like a little teapot & can be found in the health food store. u fill it with purified warm water & a little sea salt or kosher salt.

stand over the sink, pour in one nostril & it will come out the other taking with it bacteria & other debris. do it to the other nostril. the pot comes with directions.

take a natural physic. one of the best, tried & true remedies. a coffee enema works well, but be sure to let it cool first, lol.

Antibiotics is the only thing to get rid of it quick.

ask a doctor about this if u havent. if u cant get a appointment or ur infection/not infectioun hurts a whole lot, go to the ER. l had a sinus infection in my ear and it got a whole lot better after a wax clean and antiboitics. also, if they do give u antibiotics, make sure to get the good antiboitics from another store so all ur good cells wont die. hope u feel better!
