l have asthma and l am 22 years old women. Right now l am using Combivent inhaler and doctor said take 4 times a day. But it has been 2 months l never use it again cause l have been feeling well until we got a dog (German Shepherd mix Bernese Mountain Dog) last week. A day later l started sneezing and took Benadryl Allergies. l know that l am allergic with a dog. But that is only with long hair dog. My new puppy is short hair and l thought It would be fine. Then 4 days later l feel even worse. Sneezing, headache, and my asthma started again. My question is, l know that l supposed to take the inhaler only 4 times a day. But yesterday, l took more than 7 times a day. It just stayed for a couple hours and It started again. Is it okay for me to keep doing like that? Cause l heard that you can take inhaler as long you need it. Just make me worry and dont know how to do next.. Thanks..

follow the doctors orders and take it four times a day

if you feel you need to take it more than four time a day go see your doctor your asthma may be out of control

if fro some reason you do not agree with your doctor find a new one asap

because either way you need to be seen soon!!!

Unfortunately pets cause allergies. They do have dogs that are hypoallergenic.
