hi l suffer from hayfever since l was about ten and yesterday it got so bad that my nose started to bleed heavily is there any long term cure for or any kind of a cure beside the tablets and nasal spray or what are the best medications available for relief?

l understand what you're going through, as I've had really bad hayfever since l was 1 (my Doctor said that l was the youngest person he'd ever diagnosed with hayfever). For the next 15 years l struggled with it, until my Doctor gave me oral steroids, which clear it right up, however bad it is!
The other option is desinsitization, but you have to go to hospital for it and it takes ages!
Go back to your Doctor and ask them about Steroids.
