for the past week or so l have felt really fatigued, l get like 9 hours of sleep a night but when l wake up l just wanna go back to bed again!! l do not even work that much.l do go to bed really late, around 2 or 3 most of the time.
l have been taking zyrtec for my allergies every night for my allergies.l guess my major concern is that l have a pressure headache behind my eyes and in my forehead and my face hurts.l sneeze sometimes but not a lot, more just that l feel congested and have a stuffy nose, l feel disoriented and l am dizzy most of the time, l do not feel dizzy tho, l kinda just see like I am dizzy (if that makes sense). It is also hard to focus on things, it feels like my eyes are dry and they are just glazed over.kinda feels like when l try to focus on something or read and stuff it makes my eyes hurt!

I've been under a lot of stress too. money, school, health. everything!! is that related maybe? or..
is it allergies?

l have seriously bad allergies to. l take claritin every day. l do the nasal sprays & sinus rinse occasionally.

That dizzy tired feeling, feeling like ur vision is effected.. l get that sometimes. Right now its grass season & l am SO allergic to grass, l have had that dizzy feeling.

l also deal with anxiety, so l dont know if the two r related or not. But in reference to allergies l get that to.

Good Luck, l know this isnt a answer really, but l just wanted to let u know l get that to.

This is the BEST Migraine & Allergy information.

This is a Brain Scan before & after a shiff of perfume: http://ourlittleplace.com/spect.html

Make the connection!

Being a nurse with over 25 years experience, l have seen a lot of people with various illnesses. Many allergic reaction r indeed caused from foods HOWEVER.many more r caused from chemicals & fragranced products as well as VOC is in homes, schools & workplace.

This is a growing problem & many people r not even aware that it exists as more & more chemicals r being introduced & used on a daily basis. Many people believe that because something smells good & it is on a store shelf that it is tested, approved & safe for use.
Think again !

We r now seeing more & more children & adults with Chronic Headaches, Sinusitis, Migraines, Chronic Sinus Infections, Asthma, Allergies, Hives, Eczema, sinus / respiratory illnesses & Hormone related disorders. l can not emphasize how important it is to educate yourself about MULTIPLE CHEMICAL SENSITIVITY (MCS) & the harm u may be doing to ur health by using chemicals & fragranced products.

If u or a loved one has symptoms of or suffers from Asthma, Allergies, Autism, chronic headaches, reproductive problems, Migraines, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Lupus or Fibromyalgia, u need to read further & learn about the signs & symptoms of MCS - Multiple Chemical Sensitivity.

Most doctors will not inform u about this because patients as a whole like to walk out of a doctors office with a prescription for some magical medicine & they do not want to be told that their expensive new perfume or newly installed carpet may be the culprit. So, the doctor will give u medications & many of these meds either do not work or cause other health problems.

Chemicals & fragranced products r often the root of many disorders & illnesses when it comes to ur health. Many of the below mentioned items r common triggers to sinus, asthma, itching, headaches, Migraines & allergy problems amongst other health issues. Get rid of them & ur immune & respiratory system will thank u & u will breathe easier.

And, it is not only personal body or cleaning products causing havoc on ur health….many people become ill after wearing brand new clothing, dry-cleaned clothes, installing new carpet, painting, buying a new mattress or after home renovations because of the Flame Retardants, Antimony, Benzenes, Formaldehydes, etc. used in these products. So the answer is NO, u r not imagining that 2 weeks after ur home, office or classroom got renovated u started to become ill, get dizzy or have headaches. This is happening more & more these days & adults as well as children r becoming sicker & sicker.

Unfortunately, too many doctors compound the problem by prescribing chemical medications to try to alleviate the symptoms of an already chemical overloaded body & they rarely tell the patient to eliminate the chemical offenders. How many times have l seen people in the grocery store with Bounce, Glade Plug-Ins & Febreeze in their shopping cart along with a bottle of Benadryl , Migraine Excedrin & a box of Allergy Tablets ? Why do not they make the connection?

Keep in mind that ur skin is the largest organ of ur body & what u put on ur skin gets absorbed into ur body. Then . well. then it has to be filtered by ur organs which r already working real hard.

BIG NO-NO is ---- l would SERIOUSLY recommend removing all of the below from ur living / working area.

No Bounce or dryer sheets - these r VERY toxic
No Febreeze - ur pets will even thank u for this
No Glade Plug-ins - VERY toxic
No Scented candles
No Scented Dish Detergents
No Fragranced Products on Body, Hair or Clothing
No Smoke
No Newspapers & Magazines - The ink is a huge irritant.
No Dander
No Sprays
No Sharpies (marker pens)
New Cartpeting, mattresses, paint, contain toxins that can trigger severe respiratory disorders as well as headaches & Asthma flare-ups.
And remember, it is NOT the smell it is the Chemicals that make up the smell. So, even if something is ''Fragrance Free'' these products often mask the smell with another chemical ! There r plenty of safe healthy products out there that work well & do not have added chemical fragrances.

More & more workplaces & schools r implementing Fragrance Free policies & creating ''Fragrance Free Zones''… why do u think this is? Make the connection, ur lungs , immune system & ur general health will thank you.

My husband uses this to keep from getting bronchitis, & l use to to cure sinus infections. THere r many kinds of bacteria that live in the sinuses, & this gets rid of all the bad ones!.This is the only thing that really helped me --- my Dr. told me about a sinus wash that will kill bacteria.
you need

distilled water
sea salt
liquid chlorophyll & colloidal silver from the health food store.
in a glass mix 1/4 cup water with a pinch of salt & heat to body temperature.
add 5 drops each silver & chlorophyll & mix.
using a large dropper (like one used for infant medication) drop 2 full droppersfull into one side of the nose while laying down.
Turn the head & let it drain out the other nostril. Be sure to have paper towels handy.
The silver kills the bacteria & there r several hundred kind that can live in the sinus cavities & anti biotics do not get rid of them all.
Do this twice a day for a week, mixing up the mixture fresh each time.
Then do it once a week for maintenance.
There is nothing in this that will hurt you, & it cured me.
l do not have to take claritin, or antibiotics anymore.
best wishes
