Can any one give me a list or website link to where l can find info on what food l can eat or brands of food that does not have milk in it?
Or does not have that hormone in it like milk does?
Yeah well the tablets do not work for me. If anything that makes it worse. l throw up for every time l have used those.

my husband is VERY lactose intolerant. he just takes 2 Laqtaid tablets before eating dairy, and he is fine.

Have you been tested for celiac? l was diagnosed as lactose intolerant at 19, just to find out they missed celiac. You may want to check that out with a simple blood test.
Anyway, l can never use the tabs either. Basically, you have to learn to read labels. It is the safest thing you can do!
