l use a Water Pic with a special attachment that can be purchased over the internet. l put some warm water with a teaspoon of salt in the Water Pic bowl. Then l use the attachment to clean out my nose and sinuses. l have done this twice a day for several years to help me live with what the doctor calls non-allergic rhinitis. It sounds somewhat messy, but if it is done holding your head over the sink it really works quite well
