Every now and then when l eat something l get a swelling in my upper left side of my lip. It has not been worse than that. l tried to find out any similarities between the foods that l eat that cause swelling, but so far nothing!
some of the things are
Cheetos- the crunchy kind
orange flavored chocolate
and more random food items.
Please try and help me figure out why this is happening to me. what could it be causing this?

It is tough to narrow down what foods may cause allergies. Normally it is a matter of trial and error. But l would suggest you keep an antihistamine on hand all the time in case it happens again
