l have tried all the exercises on the internet but l have only got one open but the other one l cant seem to open it.

will it open by it self and how long will it take?

Maybe its not blocked but damaged.

mine always take forever to unblock - usually days. l just keep unlocking my jaw to try and relieve some pressure, and try sucking on hard candy as much as possible. That is all you can do.

l had the same thing happen to me a few years ago.
i just kept blocking my nose and swallowing and eventually they unblocked. l often had the problem where only one unblocked but if u keep going they will both unblock sooner or later. hope this helps

it is possible that you have earwax blocking it as well. l would suggest going to the doctor is and telling them your situation. l produced a lot of earwax as a child and this caused my ears to get clogged/blocked. l went to the doctor is office and they cleared my ears.

l would suggest you to put a cap-full of rubbing alcohol in you ear.. If that does not work, l would tell you to go to your doctor and see what is going on.
