l have severe allergies, you name it I am allergic to it. l stopped taking Allegra last week when my prescription ran out, and since then I've noticed that whenever l am indoors or just leaving indoors, l feel pressure behind my eyes that can almost be described as pulsing. What is this, and what do l do to get rid of this?

The answer is likely related to high blood pressure. Histamine can act on two receptors responsible for maintaining blood pressure. Allegra works to block H1 receptors & can lower blood pressure after activity. so much so that it can make some athletes pass out due to low blood pressure. My suggestion would be to get ur blood pressure taken to see if this is the issue. It may happen intermittently, so it could be difficult to detect. Morton is makes a ''Lite Salt'' that combines sodium & potassium chlorides & is an excellent source of highly bioavailable potassium. Health food stores sell micro-amounts of potassium, typically in the form of potassium gluconate. This contains only a small amount of potassium compared to a single serving of Morton is Lite Salt. Combined with drinking 2L of water each day, consuming a couple tablespoons of this salt in ur food should set u straight.

This method helped me avoid going on high blood pressure medication.
