my sinus' have been bothering me all week, l think I am getting a cold, my tastebuds are messed up, my head hurts, I am congested, and generally feel like crap.I've already taken some Tylenol and it is not helping, l have to stick it out at work at least until 12 noon though, any suggestions on how to get thru it would be appreciated.
it feels like my head is full of stuff and it is creating a pressure feeling headache, feels like my head weighs a ton, no energy, etc

l feel your pain, l am going through the same thing right now. Boil some water and put it in a bowl.put your face over it and put a towel over your face, that should help the congestion some. Drinking tea may also help, but make sure it is caffine free.

put you nose over a bowel of hot steaming water, and rub nose after in Vaseline.. The end of the nose will dry the nose up
for a while

omg l know exactly how you feel i've been feeling like that for the past week. all i've been doing to feel better is constant motrin, cough drops and coming home and going right to sleep.
