l usually get my allergies really bad during the summer, but now I am getting these really bad headaches right before l start sneezing like crazy, is there anything that will help me??? pleeeease! this is happening almost everyday now, I am so sick of it!

l have horrible allergies along with headaches. l also get dizzy spells from the pressure in my sinuses & ears. l tried a Netti pot & that just stung my soft pallet, but in the allergy section at a pharmacy they have these great saline nasal rinse bottles. If u get the starter kits they come with the packets of saline (normally the ingredients r sodium bicarbonate & sodium chloride). You put the tip up to one nostril lean ur head forward a little & the water runs through that nostril & out the other. The feeling takes a little getting use to put ur nose feels so good after you're done. It has helped me so much. Also a little Vick is vapor rub on ur chest at night helps.
