I've been feeling a lot of sinus pressure all of a sudden. My forehead was itchy and l looked and saw that l had three giant swollen welts around my eyes and forehead. l had two strange foods tonight- goat cheese and a macadamia nut, but this happened about a half hour or more later. I am worried l have a nut allergy. I am already allergic to soy and sesame seeds. l took 2 benadryl and the swelling went down on my face, but I am worried. Any ideas?

It probably was the macadamia nuts. You should see an allergist and have skin testing done to make sure, because next time the reaction could be worse. Good luck!!
