l am looking for something that lets you check off the things you are allergic to and then gives you a list or recipe that you can eat. does such a thing exist? l have a 2 year old that is allergic to soy, wheat, oats, gluten, eggs, nuts, beef, and chocolate.

l do have a cookbook that l really like, The Allergy Self-Help Cookbook. http://amazon.com/Allergy-Self-Help-Cookbook-wheat-free-sugar-free/dp/157954276X/ref=pd_bbs Most of the recipes r free of the foods u mentioned, although some do use cashews. l think u might find this book very helpful!
