l think i'm lactose intolerant.It is been like this for a while
the first time anything happened was when l had cheese fries around 6 pm and the next morning at 7 am l threw up 8 times like every 20 minutes.the only thing l threw up was the cheese from the fries even though l had eaten other foods after it. recently, l had frozen yogurt becuase my mom said it usually does not affect lactose people.Except l threw up and had bad diareha. ( l did not eat that much frozen yogurt)Yesterday around 1 pm l had about 10 gold fish and then at 9 pm l started having diareha and almost threw up.Any time l have dairy, a little or a lot l either have diareha or l throw up.l was going to go to a doctor to test it but they give you milk and l do not even wanna have any dairy anymore because it is just horrible what happenes when l do.Do you think i'm lactose intolerant because it never says anything about throwing up and it says it should happened 30 minutes - 2 hours after eating it except for me, it happens like 8 hours or so.

It will be no surprise if u r lactose intolerant. Humans r the only mammals that keep drinking milk all their life, & let is not even try to figure out what made the first human want to drink the milk of a cow, of a goat or any other animal but a human female new mother.
Mind that nowadays milk, & dairies r NOT the only thing that contains lactose: medicines contain lactose, many easy-to - make food, some drinks & why not some restaurant food that u have no idea how it was prepared.
Pay attention to when u have a reaction, & when u r not absolutely sure of what u r going to put in ur mouth, have Lactaid pill before eating. There is also Lactose free dairy - cheese, milk & yogurt, even ice- cream ! - at most supermarkets Read the labels
