Yeah, so it has been itching all day. I've been ''scratching'' it with my tongue which of course only makes it worse. l have noticed my seasonal allergies have been worse the past couple days. l usually only have to take one allergy pill a day. Now l have to take two. Regardless, l took a 12 hour zyrtec this morning but now the itching is driving me crazy. Its like the back of the roof of my mouth which makes me anxious because it is toward my throat. But l have no other symptoms of a true emergency allergic reaction. Except the itching makes my ear itch but I am pretty sure the doc said that was normal with seasonal allergies. It must be my seasonal is acting up. Anyone have any remedies?

That happens to me too! It is so annoying...i eat or drink something cold and it stops for a little while then comes back, but eventually for me it goes away by itself

Take frequent showers and make sure to wash your hair and face.
Get the pollen and dust off of you!
Take a Benadryl to stop the allergic reaction.
Take a Benadryl every morning and 2 at night before you go to bed.
Keep your bed clean and wash and change bedding often.
Also change your clothes throughout the day to keep the allergens away!
