l LOVE to eat out, but recently if l go to any kind of sit down restaurant, it seems l get some kind of allergic reaction.l have pain just below my ribs though heat alleviates this slightly. l usually can sleep through the night, but the next morning am very sick this way and feel dizzy and sometimes throw up.It lasts all day and sometimes into the next night.Sometimes l get a fever and have to sweat it out.Any ideas as to what this could be?l need to know what kind of doctor to see, an allergist or whatever else... I'd really like to see a specialist, because I've had problems with hospital doctors before.
l do not think it is in my head.l do not even think about it till it makes me sick the next day.l think there may be some substance that is reacting strangely to me.However l do not know if this is an allergy to something restaurants generally use, or if it is a reaction from say... my gallbladder or something based on the higher fat types of food you get at restaurants...
